Jim Al-Khalili OBE FRS is a British physicist, author and broadcaster. He is Professor of Theoretical Physics and Chair in Public Engagement in Science at the University of Surrey. Al-Khalili is a regular broadcaster on BBC television and radio and has written a number of books on scientific ideas and the history of science.
